No. 08 The Shop

Do I need to book, or can I walk in?+

Walk-ins are always welcome, but weekends run a wait. Book ahead and the chair is yours at the minute you picked — no bench time.

How long does a cut take?+

Forty-five minutes for a standard cut, an hour with a hot-towel shave. We don't rush a neckline to squeeze in the next head.

What if I don't like the cut?+

Come back within a week and we fix it free. That's been the rule since we opened and it's not changing.

No. 09 Orders & Goods

How fast do orders ship?+

Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day from the shop. Most arrive in two to three working days, tracked.

Can I return a product?+

Unopened goods, 30 days, full refund. If a pomade didn't work for your hair, bring it by the shop and we'll point you at one that will.

Do you sell gift cards?+

Yes — for cuts, shaves or shop credit. Available at the counter or in the shop section, and they never expire.

No. 10 Care Tips

Keep the cut honest between visits.

  • Wash every other day. Daily shampoo strips the oils a good cut relies on.
  • Product goes in damp, not wet. Towel-dry first — hold lasts twice as long.
  • Book every four weeks. A fade has a shelf life; four weeks is it.
